Julia Finstad is an engaged student leader at the DeGroote School of Business, recognized for her commitment to community building, mentorship, and professional development. As the Director of Corporate Relations for the DeGroote Commerce Society (DCS), she strengthens connections between students and industry by cultivating corporate partnerships, securing sponsorships, and supporting impactful networking initiatives. She also serves as the Director of Mentorship Relations for the First-Year Orientation Program (FYOP), where she oversees the recruitment, onboarding, and development of upper-year mentors. Known for her strong communication and collaboration skills, she manages high-volume coordination and works closely with a broad team to support incoming students through their transition to university life.
