Aarthi is a Digital Strategy Consultant for the DCS, working to optimize the operations of the DCS and all DeGroote clubs through technology. This passion for technology stemmed from her role as an Academic Delegate for JDCC's Digital Strategy team. She continues to work with JDCC as a mentor for their current Digital Strategy team. Aarthi is also passionate about continuous learning and mentorship demonstrated through her roles as VP of Education of the DeGroote Consulting Association and FYOP mentor. Lastly, Aarthi is very passionate about social justice and advocacy demonstrated by her role as VP Internal of the DeGroote Pride Association.
