Sydney (she/her) is in her final year of the Honours Commerce program at the DeGroote School of Business. Her area of focus is Human Resource Management and Strategic Management with a minor in Sociology. She loves connecting with fellow students and supporting her peers.

As Vice President of Human Resources, Sydney works with an incredible team of Directors to assist clubs, committees, and the DCS in recruiting, selecting, and offboarding their executive teams. In this role, Sydney seeks to create a positive impact, upholding the values of community, inclusivity, and leadership of the DCS. Before this role, Sydney was a Strategy Director for DeGroote’s Analytical Insights (DAI) for two consecutive terms. Within DeGroote, she works as a Teaching Assistant for first-year Commerce students. Sydney looks forward to supporting the DeGroote Community and the DCS’s vision of increasing student involvement, reducing barriers to entry, and promoting transparency.
