Caitlin McGill is a dedicated student leader with a strong track record of involvement in the DeGroote community. She began their journey as the First-Year Representative for the DeGroote Law Association during its inaugural year, helping to shape the foundation of the club. In her second year, she served as the HR Director for the DeGroote Commerce Society (DCS), an experience that inspired her to pursue the role of VP Human Resources. She has also been actively involved in JDCC DeGroote for the past three years. First as a member of the Incubator team, then as an HR Academic Delegate, and now serving as the Director of Delegate Experience while continuing to compete in the same category. Their passion for fostering community and supporting others has driven their commitment to leadership and growth within DeGroote.
